ESFR-17 K16.8 Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinklers
Introduction
ESFR,early suppression fast response spinkler is one kind of storage sprinklers. They are intended for use in specific applications, including the protection of high-piled and rack storage of a variety of finished goods. There sprinklers can provide more water at lower pressures or more water over a greater area of coverage. In many instances, use of the storage sprinklers can eliminate the need for additional in-rack sprinklers. It could be used for high-piled storage, in-rack storage, warehouse, high challenge occupancies and so on.
ESFR-17 K16.8 Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinklers are particularly useful for eliminating in-rack sprinklers for high-piled storage.
Particularly useful for protecting the storage of:
1. Encapsulated or non-encapsulated common materials, such as cartoned, unexpanded plastics
2. Cartoned, expanded plastics
3. Storage arrangements of rubber tires and rolls of paper
